By working directly with your nervous system, it creates clarity you can feel—not just think about—leading to natural “aha” moments that support meaningful, sustainable change. I offer Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR), a science-based, elevated approach to breathwork designed to support stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. This work is often compared to ketamine therapy or plant-medicine work—deep, expansive, and emotionally meaningful—achieved entirely through the breath.
This work is for people of all identities, belief systems, and life paths—especially those navigating change, transition, grief, or complexity.
I believe the breath you ignore is the life you suppress. Learning to trust it opens doors you didn’t know were closed.
I know this because I’ve lived it—through corporate burnout, the stress of parenting, and intense grief from the deaths of close loved ones. I told everyone “I’m fine”, even as I felt my resilience crumbling. Looking back, “fine” really meant Functioning in Normalized Exhaustion. I was in a state of mental overload, where attention, capacity, and motivation collapsed. As Joan Didion said, “I could read only the headlines.”
Through a range of somatic and mindbody therapies, coaching, and especially FBR breathwork, I found my way back to a felt sense of aliveness—a steadiness and zeal I thought I’d lost.

What is FBR Breathwork?
FBR Breathwork works directly with the body and nervous system to release suboptimal patterns and support healthier, more regulated responses to stress and life.
FBR is designed as a one-on-one, therapeutically oriented experience. This is not a large group experience like most breathwork—it’s a dedicated time to turn deeply inward and explore what’s been shaping your patterns. A typical two-hour session includes a focused conversation about what you’re navigating and what you’d like to shift, followed by a one-hour guided breathwork experience and time for reflection and integration. I work with individuals to deeply understand their unique history, patterns, and goals—so the work is safe, supportive, precise, and sustainable.
